About

I love watches. I love the way they look, the way they work, the stories behind them. I've had people call me a watch-a-holic. I'm constantly looking for "new" vintage watches to buy and thought I would use these pages to show the best finds of the day. But, you better act fast before I buy it out from under you!

Looking for something specific?

Okay, again, not strictly vintage but tres collectible — Swatch collaboration watches from Kidrobot that come with their signature 3” inch dunny.  I’m not really a big Swatch fan, and this size Swatch at 34mm wide is just too small for a man to wear, but somehow I really like this collaboration.  The set of 8 are in the Swatch stores now, but my favorite one is the 2011 Swatch Club watch.  It is the transparent Swatch watch with the larger 8” inch Frank Kozik dunny and is only $30 more at $100. The transparent Swatch (Jellyfish) was the first Swatch I ever had (back in the early 90’s) so maybe there is some sentimentality at play, but the bigger dunny is cool as well.  The presentation boxes are nice as well, as the Swatch salesman said, the dunny’s are encased in carbonite (really clear plastic coffin cases). Anyway, something fun to go nuts with at a low price of $70.
